My deepest joy in life is in building and refining relationships — with friends, family, collaborators, teachers, animals, places — learning and loving together.
I want to highlight some of the friends, collaborators, and teachers who have most influenced my bodywork — my style, ethos, therapeutic presence, and touch. They are:
- Rosa Lewis‘s teachings on awakening and the imaginal realm
- Bree Greenberg‘s work on double binds, existence, and addictive constellations
- Corey Hess‘s transmissions via Zhan Zhuang, Qigong, and Non-Directed Body Movement practice
- Hanjo and Ananda Youtaku‘s work with energy healing and timeline shamanism
- Martha Hansen‘s transmissions on intuitive bodywork and healer ethics
I am forever grateful to these special people, and all who came before them, for their generosity in sharing their hard-earned wisdom. I am always awed and humbled by the challenges they’ve endured in birthing and nurturing these unique gifts.
Inspired by my friend Ta’alumot, I’ve compiled a list of friends and family who have profoundly impacted me with their love, wisdom, and passion, and whose work I enthusiastically support:
Irina Sels (Grace Note Massage)
Chris Orozco (Operation Moksha)
